Awh, I liked Marc_IRL . It's too bad he couldn't get more into the actual community of the site, that would have been cool if we could have slowly brought some Mojang members over. The hate on MC-M is unreal though, I know a lot of people quitting not because of other forums, but simply because they don't have a safe and respectful place to do business.
Most mature comment I've seen here.

They're not 14 year old immature kids, they're grown men doing a job (and probably in their free time, having fun). This site doesn't classify as 'fun', unless you like, and I quote, "making dicks on Mineplex"
"business"... that's the gist of it. To complain about not having a safe and respectful place to do business here is like a crack dealer complaining there are too many hookers on his corner. Marc_IRL was spot on with his summary of the community. You can't expect the guy to want to stick around when this website is all about the very thing he stands against... you know selling stolen accounts, breaking the Mojang EULA, just being toxic in general. People are quitting this site because it's just not that great anymore.
From my knowledge, there are some decently talented builders and what not on the Mojang staff. Are you a 14-year-old immature kid? Probably not and neither am I.
Anyone who has ever joined a Minecraft server other than Hypixel or Mineplex has openly supported breaking the EULA, I'm not quite sure where you're going there. That includes 8-year-olds who don't know how to play or 30-year-old millions-of-subs YouTubers. As far as your "crack dealer" simile, I tend to disagree. The majority of business on MC-M from legitimate users selling things wholly endorsed by even Marc_IRL such as hosting, building, development, servers, etc. Just because the spotlight is on cracked accounts and the people who want to sell them by the masses because they are consumed by greed doesn't mean there isn't a community on MC-M that sells things fine and legit.
That being, the problem isn't in the items sold, it's in the lack of respect for other users. So, for example, when Affluent Designs can charge one price on Spigot and then come on MC-M only to be harassed to lower their prices, or even give free items when they make plenty of commission on Spigot.
