Hi,

I need a cheap place where I can store alot of stuff, And my friends are also going to use it so there needs to be place for movies etc, So I need some cheap Storage, but the performance of the servers doesn't really matter because we only use it for storage and share files.

Your best bet would be to go with a company offering a service called "offshore hosting" or "DMCA Ignore" hosting. This will allow you to store and share whatever you want, without your service being terminated. The ideal location for such activities would be either Moscow (Russia) or Amsterdam (Netherlands).

They don’t actively check the contents of your VPS, unless a copyright complaint is made. If it’s just for you and your friends, you can secure your chosen method of accessing it with a password. Therefore only you and those you allow will know and have access to it.

I have used OVH for that kind of stuff and have not come across any issues since I started around 4 years ago.
