A few days ago, my partner informed me that he is resigning from our Skyblock server completely. He still has high regard for the server and left purely because he was unable to dedicate time to the server.
The server has a range of quality assets already, including:
Great artwork (banner, logo, icon and thread headers)
Our business model follows a wide span of control at the executive level. I am currently looking for a new owner who will have full control of administrative development on the server. The appointed manager will be expected to complete a large proportion of development duties in addition to managerial tasks. A list is compiled below of tasks you will need to complete when joining, though you will mostly work independently.
Our administrative team is currently one member large, you will expand this team. A small budget has been allocated to non-executive salaries.
You will undertake a large amount of administrative work personally, and prepare the server for release before Summer.
You will allocate tasks for other administrations and ensure remuneration matches contribution.
You will not be expected to complete any of the following tasks, though may if you would like to.
Financial contribution.
All HR issues, recruitment outwith the administrative team.
Advertising and player retention.
