About me​

Hello, my name is Stephen. I am sixteen years old and come from Dublin, Ireland. As some of you may know, the legal age for a job here is eighteen, and it is very hard to find people willing to take in teenagers here in the capital city. There are no small jobs (e.g delivering newspapers), as this city is becoming more modern every day, there is no need for these types of jobs anymore. All the teenage jobs are now found in rural, less developed areas of Ireland as we are switching to technology now and fewer jobs are becoming available, even for qualified citizens over the age of eighteen.

Experience​

• I have run 5-10 servers in the past, each creating a 10-50 player base, which were then sold on.
  
  
• I ran all these staff teams with ease and fairness. Each staff member felt happy and respected. I strive for equality and fairness no matter the staff role.
  
  
• In total, my servers seemed to receive about $600 in return. This was very motivating for me.
  
  
• I then have been staff on a few other servers but none of them exist to this current date, there is nothing special for me to go into detail with, however, I was not fired from any of them, I either quit due to mistreatment or the servers were sold.

• I can be professional and formal while representing companies or businesses.
  
  
• I have a good sense of humor.
  
  
• I love to meet new people and get to know them.

Technically​

• I am good at configuration.
  
  
• I can provide basic knowledge on everything you need to know to run a server, as well as extended knowledge on certain subjects.
  
  
• I know the skills and necessary steps and actions to take for you to run a good server.
  
  
• I am great at keeping the server alive and upkeeping a stable community.
  

These qualities make me a suitable Staff/Community Manager for a small business or Minecraft Server.​
