Seeking Advanced Configurator(s) and Developer(s) for Large-Scale Minecraft Project

Hello everyone!

I’m currently looking for an advanced Minecraft configurator and developer or even a team of configurators and developers to join my growing server project. We’ve been developing the server for about two months, and what started as a small project has quickly scaled into something much bigger than expected. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about Minecraft and interested in taking part in an ambitious server.

About the Project:​

• Development Time: 2 months
• Current Investment: $700 (funding all plugins, server costs, builds, etc.)
• Goal: Complete development, launch the server, and eventually cover costs through monetization (with potential for team compensation once revenue starts)

What We’re Looking For:​

• Advanced Configuration Skills: Knowledge of plugins, customization, and optimization.
• Passion for Minecraft: An enthusiastic team player who loves to create immersive experiences.
• Long-Term Interest: Since the project is growing, we’re looking for individuals interested in sticking around for the long haul.

Payment:​

Currently, I am funding everything myself, so I’m not able to pay immediately. However, once the server launches and we begin generating revenue, I aim to compensate everyone fairly.

However, once the server launches and we begin generating revenue, I aim to compensate everyone fairly.

but what if it ends up not generating enough revenue? are the developers at a loss, or will you still compensate them? seems like a big risk to put in hours of work to possibly get nothing out of it
