I think that someone will understand my situation
I am not rich guy, so much..

I thought to open the minecraft server.
So I wondered, do I have money.
Some days later ...
I decided to open a server.

I thinking mostly about how I want to get a developer (for free), thatwill I do for the server plugins. (Of course)
I've been thinking about it after I decided something, I remembered that on this site there are a lot of developers.
Then I wonder why I would try to get one or maybe even two developers to help me open the server.
