Hello i am on the look out for a server developer to help run my server with me or mainly just the back-end and plugin stuff, as i am doing so much work on my server already and don't know enough about everything i am looking for a bit of help ( Longer term )

seeking someone to help with things such as: setting up domain, help buying the correct server, setting up plugins, fixing issues, making sure the server is running smoothly and help fix if its not, stuff along those lines!

this position would be paid from what the server earns! you would get a percentage but as my server wont be open for a few months to a year i can pay you possibly small amounts if you are helping out with the server enough. this could be just a small amount per week or a monthly payment.

requirements:
18+
can vc and has mic
understands servers and plugins, setting them up etc
will stay on the team for a longer term
