Seeking business-minded, professional individual

Overview
I'm looking for somebody to partner with that will be able to take on the full-time responsibilities of running and managing a server. I've been developing a server since late August, and it's nearing completion. I need a person that will, for all intents and purposes, be the Owner of the server.

The Server
It's a unique spin on the popular Prison game mode (Possibly even a bit of Factions), with a big emphasis on PvP. To the friends that I've explained it to, none of them disliked what I was doing, and none of them have seen a server come close to the same thing. That's about all I will publicly say about the server (Sorry!).

Requirements​

• Must be able to fulfill the usual responsibilities of being an Owner​
• Be 18+​
• Must not currently be affiliated (staff or otherwise) with another server​
• Have a microphone​
• Available for daily Skype meetings​
• Must have at least 6 hours of free time per day​
• Must have had previous experience in a high level staff position on a Minecraft server (Admin+)​
• Be willing to sign a contract​
• Be in or near the EST time zone​
• Be very familiar with Enjin; experience with Xenforo would be a bonus​
• Being familiar with Linux (CentOS) would be helpful​

8 hours per day? Most people have school/work for 7h+; so add on 8 to that and that's 16 hours. Meaning 8 hours of sleep with no family time or something.

I think 8 hours is a pretty fair amount of time to require of somebody for the position. It's also not a super strict requirement, I just want to get the point across that in order to be a good fit, you're going to need a lot of free time.

Anyway, I changed it to 6. Thanks for your input.

Seems like a decent concept, HMU when the server is opened I would love to play on it. As for the applying, I am not in EST timezone... RIP
