I'm currently seeking someone to partner with on a server start up. I currently own a hosted server but am open to switching to VPS or dedicated assuming it be beneficial. Although I am interested in co-owning, and am able to fully fund this venture, I am short on time and technical knowledge to solely run a server.
I currently have a plan drafted out for what a server type I would like to run, but am open to starting a completely different type for now if any applicants wish to pursue another a more popular play style.
Financially I am able to fund the needs of this start up, but seeing as I am busy with IRL work obligations, will not be fully available to manage the startup. As such, hopeful applicants must be knowledgeable in the necessary start up/programming and management of a server. This would be a beneficial opportunity for someone possessing the know how, but doesn't have the applicable funds or business end knowledge as I will be able to provide both.
Applicants, please feel free to PM me with a quick run-down of your profile, experience, and knowledge level. Also, please share your thoughts on a server style you would like to run, and anything else you can think of to sell me on the idea. Skype contact info would be beneficial as well.
EDIT: I do realize I am new to the forum, but I'm a late 20's professional who enjoys playing in my downtime so I've not had much reason to join MCM previously.
