What Are Project Leads?

Project leads run and maintain video game servers within the community! They are considered the owners of those communities. This role provides you with a chance to own your own server and run it without the risk of losing investment!
How Much Can I Earn?

The pay for this role is essentially unlimited! You are given between 25-50% of the monthly donations from your server! You are also not limited to one server thereby if you believe you could run more than one you would earn from both!
What Does A Project Lead Require?
_________________________________________________________________________
• As a project lead you must be active and responsive everyday! You are the lead of your server and staff team therefore should be leading them!
• You must be able to handle everything from setting up the server's back-end and maintaining your staff team (with assistance from the staff manager)!
• You must understand how running servers work and how to adequately set one up!
• You must be able to create a fair and player-friendly donation system!
• You must be able to interact and handle very high-stress situations. We expect our project leads to conduct weekly/monthly meetings with their staff team!
• You must handle changelogs and patch notes according to discord and in-game to ensure players are up to date with the changes you're applying towards the servers.
