Seeking Developer Co-Owner for New Network

Hello there!

My name is Alex, and I am reaching out today in hopes to find a passionate Co-Owner for my network to manage the development side of the business. Before we get into the details, I wanted to give some information about myself to allow you to get a better picture of who I am and what I bring to the table in this partnership:
I have years of experience in various Minecraft and management fields; For approximately 3 years I worked at Mineplex doing everything from training new staff members to coming up with new game modes for the server. It is this line of work that I am passionate and knowledgeable about, and I would be more than happy to bring my skills in these fields to a partnership.

Currently, I lack the coding knowledge needed to bring a network of this magnitude to life, which is where my search for a Developer Co-Owner comes into play. I feel that the best way to make the most out of this network is to find an individual who is capable of managing and overlooking the side of things that is outside of my field of expertise.

What I am looking for in this individual is the following:
- 18+ (or a level of maturity and mentality consistent with of an 18 year old)
- A fair amount of time to dedicate to the project
- Previous experience with running a server (Or a passion for wishing to create one)
- Extensive coding knowledge
-Ability to manage other Devs (In the long term plan)

I know a lot of details are left out in this post, and that is in part because I want to be flexible to my potential partner's needs. For this reason, I would like to take a little time to talk fine details via Discord (text or call). This will also allow the both of use the get a better sense of one another.

Before I end this thread I wanted to emphasize the fact that I am willing to put the work into this project; By no means would you be alone in this endeavor in any aspect, including financially. I am really looking for someone to not only share this Network with, but also the experience that comes with it. I am serious and passionate about this project, so I want my partner to be the same.

Hey im very interested in helping out with the server. I have been staff on many servers and have a lot of experience.
