Seeking Developer Co-Owner

Hello,

I am reaching out today in hopes to find a Developer Co-Owner for my Minecraft Network. I am looking for someone with a strong development skill set who would be able to cover certain areas of server management that fall outside of my expertise.

About Me:
As you can tell, I go by the handle puzzlealex online. My name is, indeed, Alex, so I go by that as well. I have years of experience in various Minecraft and management fields. For approximately 3 years I worked at Mineplex doing everything from training new staff members to coming up with new game modes for the server.

Currently, I am working on starting up a new server which, in time, will have unique revolutionary game modes, much like Mineplex and Hypixel. To do so effectively, I am looking for a Co-Owner to manage the development side of the project, while I more-so manage the business side of things.

The Position(s):
While I am unable to share exact details of what you would be coding on this forum, I will say that it is rather on the complex side. I am looking for someone who will be able to code very complex plug-ins, and be able to dedicate themselves fully to doing so. While I thank everyone who has taken the time to read this thus far, this is not a position for everyone, and I am only looking for those who are the truly skilled and passionate about making games. If this sounds like you, please take a moment to read the criteria for the position:

-Must be 18+ (Or very mature)
-Must have at least 2 years of prior experience (or be very good at what you do)
-Must be willing to work solely for our network (or prioritize it over other engagements)
-Must be responsive to messages
-Must be able to work at a pace that is greater than most
