Seeking Experienced Factions Manager For EldenPvP (Cosmic-Test)

Hi

I'm looking for someone who has a resume with solid factions experience. Here are a few requirements:

Server Overview
EldenPvP is a Cosmic-Test based upon 2017-2018 Cosmic. We use Wine spigot and our custom features are coded from scratch. The server is in a finished state, only awaiting a few development tasks to be completed. *No money is required to be put towards the server.

Requirements
18+
Must speak fluent English and have excellent grammar
Resume
Example / proof of past work
A skill (Staff management, screen sharing, building, development, etc.)
Time and willingness to help build this project
Must be familiar with Competitive and Casual Factions
Must be able to spend 15-20 Hours a week on the server/working on the server
Have at least 2 references of known factions servers
Must understand the basis of consumer retention and engagement
Must be able to bring in/recruit staff (We will not be posting staff applications publicly or announcing them on any of our platforms)
Must have experience using TikTok/YouTube/ETC (Marketing using TikTok isn't required, just general experience using the application is fine)

Preferred to Have
Experience with CosmicPvP (playing or staffing)
20+
Ideas
Connections (With factions, Devs, etc.)

I'd love to see another factions server come back to minecraft but hasn't the thought and/or concern that factions is a dead and/or rapidly dying gamemode? I'm not trying to slate this or seem like an annoyance it's just 99% of new factions servers never make it due to the EULA, them being really difficult to get into, the lack of efficient marketing etc. there are a lot of factors that play into a factions server. I just think it's a huge gamble. I honestly do wish you and your team the best of luck though, it takes a brave person to sink funds into a new factions server.

You're 100% right that the factions gamemode is challenging to create and EULA is a big issue. But I think the gamemode itself is too fun and enjoyable to not try to make a server out of it.

With the right team I think it will do well.

Yeah of course, another major downside to factions though is you need to, usually, have an extremely large budget to create something good because a lot of the players will expect a good server and good servers are expensive to make. Not to mention the marketing you need for the server, plus if you go against EULA (most faction servers do...) payouts can often be quite expensive as well. I honestly do wish you the best with the server, I personally grew up on factions and have had staffing positions on faction servers. I can't say I've necessarily managed any of the big ones due to the fact I only really started proper management when factions started to die so I avoided it but I've got a lot of experience with the gamemode and would be more than happy to assist you in an advisary position should you need something like that.
