Hello, my name is Kyle. I am striving to reach my goal of releasing a 1.8 factions server (Space Raids) with the theme, as you know, space. This is the first launch of the server and it is a newly created server with every build being exclusive/unique.
I am currently seeking to interview and finally hire one manager for manage my server Space Raids. Here are some of the skills I am looking for,
-Staff Management
Staff management includes looking at staff reports, demotion & promotion, staff applications.
-Advertisement (Can be hired)
Even though you can hire another team for Advertisement, I need advertisement plans to bring in player-base.
-Discord Management
Simple management keeping discord staff members updated, as well as posting announcements, events, updates, and etc.
-Document Writing (Can be hired)
Staff Guides, Screenshare Guides, Trainer Guides, Helper/Trial Mod Guides
-Buycraft Management
Buycraft Support, Buycraft Ticket Responses, Buycraft Setup
NOTE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF THESE SKILLS
