Who Am I?
My name is ABlockInPlace, or Aaron. I am 19 years of age from the United States, and I am currently in the process of creating and releasing a SkyBlock/Prison server! I have ran a few servers in my time albeit it has been a very long time thus I have the capabilities and experience required.
Server Details
Lets be honest, SkyBlock and Prison servers have been made thousands of times before. So what separates the profitable from the ones that go under within a month? In my experience and especially with how the game has evolved within the past few years, the answer is customization. And to have a high amount of customization, a skilled developer team is needed. I have decided to build and run this server utilizing BedRock edition, as Minecraft Pocket Edition servers have been exploding onto the scene, and a large player-base is flocking towards it by the boatload. Building and sustaining a Pocket Edition Minecraft server is a great way to maximize not only success, but financial success.
What is YOUR Job
As the future Head Developer of the MineTech group, you are the star player. Your the original developer and you will be the one to lead the team as we scale our server to match the growth that I know will come along with it. With the customization, one of the best ways to retain a player-base is too make it addicting. Very addicting. Even I have found myself buying 30-40$ worth of items on SkyBlock servers because they are very addicting if done right. As the Developer, your job is to turn MineTech into the next FlappyBird of the internet (Without the tragic ending) in which players will want to play day in and day out. I am currently working on a detailed roadmap for you to follow so that you wont be lost in a web of ideas!
Pay
And now for the part i'm sure your most eager to see, as for pay, it is difficult to gauge your salary based on a server yet to be released. However I am willing to pay 150$ per month during the initial stages of the server. Which may sound low to some, but when the server opens and we begin to see positive returns, you will be compensated generously for your time with a guaranteed pay increase. As it stands, I am able to back this server 100% as such no financial risk will be required on your part. The only risk to you, is getting addicted to the game your going to create!
