Budget:
My budget is small and is only £20 as I don't need anything huge. I preferably want to find a vpa that does panel installations for free.

As Valentino said, you are simply thinking about VPS's. You can purchase these from many hosts, they tend to cost $1-$5/GB. Occasionally they are even more though.

It really isn’t, I own the 30GB plan. It is the No. 1 hosting provider in Germany.

The support is great and the hardware is also pretty good for the price, definitely much better than other hosting providers on this marketplace. I can assure you it’s not a scam.

Contabo isn't a scam they are in Germany so it is cheaper for them to run, so they can order it cheaper! I've never used them but when I install pterodactyl on them, they seem good.
