Multiverse Studios is a unique Minecraft server network that aims to push the boundaries of the quality of Minecraft servers, by creating a truly enjoyable, immersive, and perfected environment.
Multiverse is currently in the early stages of development, and we are seeking Infrastructure Developers! This is an unique opportunity with the chance to engage in many enterprise-grade technology and gain valuable experience, as well as perks along the way! A share of profit will be provided in the future as well!
Requirements
Have familiarity with one of the following: Kubernetes (strongly preferred), Linux, distributed systems, system administration, or similar.
Have 1+ years of experience in this field, or equivalent.
Be able to engage in a team environment while being a strong independent worker.
Responsibilities:
(Note: These will be spread throughout the entire team.)
Contribute to the planning and development of the server network infrastructure using Kubernetes and other technologies.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of updates.
Deploy, manage, and optimize server clusters to ensure high availability and scalability.
Implement security best practices to protect server infrastructure and player data.
Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement solutions for optimal efficiency.
Automate infrastructure management tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the infrastructure.
