Seeking Interactive website branding

Hello, probrably my third post in this thread. I am working with a developer to create www.serverwolves.com. Though he excels at PHP, he knows no design skills. I see tons of other minecraft server lists and server hosts doing very well at making their sites, and wish to look for someone here that can do that or better to make a design for my site.

Working with my developer means you won't need to code. I just Need the designs. You are to create the best possible model for my site, unique branding etc.

This is a interactive site, not a blog. Hoping to get this done before the end of the month, so i can begin plans on new updates.

Budget = 200$. Yes i know it's small, if you have high reputation and portfolio this may increase. For the most part, i'm fine with this number.

I have a few designs in mind, but they are just ideas - they are based on whats already out there, but a conglomeration. I hope to have a unique design hence, the web designer is responsible
