About My self:
My name is Lucas.
Im 14 Years old.
Coming from Denmark.
I have over 3 years of experince managing Minecraft servers.
Work I´ve been doing in the past:
Bloodzone.
Faction server had a average playerbase of 100+ Players. and a income of $5.000+ Per month. Went down because the owners father got sick and the only way he could pay the bill was using the servers income. After that he didnt pay for it.
My own
I made my own HCF server 2 years ago got a player base of 30+ players and income of $80+ per month. Shut it down because i were to busy.
Payment?
First month i will only be charging a amount of $10 after that the owner decides if i can stay or not.
After the first month the price will be $20+ Per month depending on server size (Amount of players)
Working time?
I am 14 so i do need to go to school, make home work and be with friends.
But i will be able to work 10+ Hours per week.

If your a System Admin/Manager you should be able to decide which permissions plugin you should/want to use and not have to create a thread asking others.
