Seeking Long-Term Partner w/Experience

My name is Zai, and I have been in the Minecraft community for over a decade! (Early 2010 to be exact), and created my first server in 2011. Ever since then, I continued to create servers (as an adolescent) so I got a lot of money from them, and didn't put much back into it, so they ultimately failed.

Over the years, I've had some very successful servers. I am in the process of creating a different type of Lifesteal server that is different than the rest, that gives players the opportunity to do more than just rack up hearts. I honestly think this will be the next trend wave of servers if it's done right.
I can do this alone, but I am also a business owner, so I work a lot and I would rather split the workload and responsibility with someone with similar experience, and skills.

I am very picky with who I work with, and if you think you have something to offer that's actually beneficial. Not just management. If you are a manager and expect an upfront salary please do not waste your time. I am looking for strictly a partner, and we both work towards making profit from the server.

Need someone who has sufficient experience with setting up servers in the backend and front end. I'm willing to invest money, but would expect someone who can match the investment with money and time.

• 18+
• Willing to put in $ (not a lot)
• Sufficient experience with running servers.
