Hi there! This thread is for anyone interested in being part of a long-term server team. Before you read on, note that this is a VOLUNTEER POSITION, BUT WAIT! Don't expect to not be paid. EvoScape staff members get bonuses for their hard work and extended dedication to assisting the development of the server. Consistent work, enthusiasm, dedication, and participation can yield multiple bonuses a month up to $100 per bonus!

If you're interested in joining our team, then allow me to introduce the EvoScape network!

EvoScape is the most inclusive community server out there. We're not just a survival server- we are the collective effort of the Minecraft community. We've partnered with mod creators, resource pack creators, and community builders to bring aspects from all over the world. Many of our store items' revenue goes 100% towards charities like the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Make a Wish, and other charities! Some of our most notable partnerships include:

- Forbidden and Acranus Mod (11m Downloads)
- Eidolon Mod (8m Downloads)
- BetterVanillaBuilding RP (2m Downloads)

Other notable creators who have allowed the use of textures in our server include Farmer's Delight Mod, FreshCIT RP, Hananacraft RP, and more!

ALL positions should be able to work in a team, communicate, solve problems, and build personal friendships with each other!

Resource pack creator:
- Ability to organize resource packs to display certain models under specific conditions.
- Ability to work with developers in order to organize models to display in plugins.
- Ability to organize and/or create custom GUIs
- Ability to organize and/or create custom font pictures, icons, and emojis.
- (Optional) Artistic ability with experience in pixel art, icons, emojis, and/or Blockbench Modeling

Plugin Developer:
- Ability to code java in a way that runs cleanly and efficiently.
- Ability to work on a deadline.
- Ability to work with MySQL databases.
- Knowledge of all Minecraft mechanics and displays.
- Ability to work on a dependency.
- Ability to form creative solutions and workarounds to challenging tasks.
