Magic spells: 4.0.beta-11

Looking for someone who is experienced with the MagicSpells plugin to create 10 spells for me.
Some planned spells will require particle effects, others will not. Additional spells might be requested
at some point in the future. Budget and deadlines are open and work would obviously be paid for.
Spell concepts might include reference videos to serve as a guide for visual effects.
