Seeking manager for an upcoming server

Hey guys,
I'm fr3qu3ncy and the owner of Vitapolis. The server is at the very beginning currently, and I'm looking for someone to help me get things going. This involves:

• finding, recruiting and managing staff
• finding suitable assets for the server
• be involved in the server concept critically and bring your own ideas
• find the right plugins and configure them

Fundamentally, these are all things I also do myself, but unfortunately I don’t have unlimited time on my hands, so I'm looking for someone to share the work with. In the best case you should be interested in the server itself and be ready for long-term commitment!

This position can be filled voluntarily or also paid, I'm open to talk about payment.
