Here are a few key qualities I am looking for in potential partners:
Passion for Minecraft: This is a must! If you love Minecraft as much as I do, we will have a great time working together.
Creative problem solver: As with any project, we are bound to encounter obstacles along the way. It is important to be able to approach problems creatively and come up with solutions that work for everyone.
Strong communication skills: We will be working closely together, so it is important to be able to communicate effectively and openly. This means being able to share ideas, ask questions, and provide constructive feedback.
Reliable and committed: Building a Minecraft server takes time and effort. It is important that everyone involved is reliable and committed to seeing the project through to the end.
Mature (18+): This project may involve mature themes and content, so it is important that all participants are 18 years of age or older.
Currently, we are looking to fill the following roles:
Partner / Owner: Someone who is willing to invest time, resources, and/or money into the project and has a stake in its success.
Community Manager: Someone who can engage with the community, moderate forums and chat, and foster a positive and welcoming environment.
Moderator: Someone who can enforce rules, handle disputes, and keep the peace on the server.
Builder: Someone who can design and construct structures, landscapes, and other features on the server.
