What I already have:

• Dedicated hosting
• Infrastructure/protection setup (network, proxy, etc.)
• Vision and project management

What I'm looking for:

• Full server setup from scratch
• Plugin configuration and optimization
• Performance tuning
• Ongoing maintenance and updates
• Someone who can take ownership of the technical side and help the server grow

I'm not offering an upfront salary. Instead, you'll receive a share of the server's revenue/profits. If the server succeeds, we all benefit.
