Your role:
- Respond to customer tickets and queries in the Discord and online tickets
- Assist customers in setting up their products, including hosting and customisation by answering questions and providing guidance
- Can sustain professionalism and respect when representing Buzz Development
- Can handle multiple customer queries at once and ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to work together in a team
- Minimal knowledge on how to configure and setup Buzz Development products
- After 2 weeks - Access to any free Buzz Development product of your choice
- After 6 months - Access to all Buzz Development products free of charge
- Be part of a friendly team that's interested in technology and digital services and products
- Access to an easy-to-use Buzz Development admin panel to manage tickets and users.
- Access to free unlimited Buzz Development products after 6 months
- Ability to work based on your own schedule with little work hours expectations
- Gain experience in the customer support field
Your role:
- Develop and maintain our web products and ensure their functionality
- Work together with the team to ensure the products are up to the latest standards and security
- Can sustain professionalism and respect when representing Buzz Development
- Can handle multiple technical queries at once and ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to work together in a team
- Knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, React
- Preferably knowledge with Supabase and Mantine UI
- Payment - Payment will be on a per project basis
- Be part of a friendly team that's interested in technology and digital services and products
- Ability to work based on your own schedule with little work hours expectations
- Gain experience in the web development field
Your role:
- Design and develop new and existing themes for our products
- Work together with the team to ensure the themes are up to the latest standards and security
- Can sustain professionalism and respect when representing Buzz Development
- Can handle multiple technical queries at once and ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to work together in a team
- Knowledge with Web Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, React
- Preferably knowledge with Mantine UI
- Payment - Payment will be on a per project basis

- Ability to work based on your own schedule with little work hours expectations
