What skills can you offer: I am a decent builder, probably a 7 on a scale from 1-10. I am able to help develop the server. I am currently learning how to code plugins, so this could come in handy later.

How would you handle Ddos threats: With my past experience on other servers, I would permanently ban users who threaten to ddos somebody and in their ban message, link them to where they can appeal.

How would you handle users hacking: Same goes for this as the above.

How would you deal with unruly staff who are either abusing or harassing other players: If offenses are minor, I would alert you, but if it becomes more extreme, I would temporarily remove their permissions so no damage can be caused.

How would you handle users advertising sites and other servers: If a user advertised a server, with my past experience, I would permanently ban them. With a link to an appeal page in their ban message.

If someone were to advertise a website, depending on what it is could range from a verbal warning to a ban.

Why do you think you would be a good asset as a Co-founder: I would be a good asset as a co-founder because I have a lot of past experience in helping managing servers and would be able to help the server grow in many ways. I am a calm and respectful person. I am mature, and can get work done efficiently and in a professional manner.

Why do you think you should be chosen over other users for this position: I think I should be chosen over others because of my past experience, and because I am hardworking and willing to get work done.

[behonest] What foruming software are you familiar with: I have some experience with XenForo, but you won't be using that.

I have a lot of experience with Enjin.

How would you handle DDos threats: Threatening a DDos attack is similar to any threat made involving real life circumstances, very serious. I would then from there follow the server guidelines of which would most likely be to IP-Ban the user.

How would you handle users hacking: Same goes for this as the above.
Hacking on servers is yet another major issue, something of which that needs to be managed swiftly and effectively. If I was unsure in the events of hacking had truly taken place then I would further investigate into the matter through keep of watch of the accused and force teleporting to him in vanish to ensure the claims are false. If they are false then I would be to alert the player who made the accusations in order to confirm they were false. If the accusations were real, again I would use the server guidelines of which I believe would be a permanent ban.

How would you deal with unruly staff who are either abusing or harassing other players: When a staff member is given permissions over other players, such actions of abuse and harassment can simply not take place. Presuming that the events did truly happen, I would first contact the staffing member and harassed/abused member(s). From there I would try to better decipher the situation and get a better understanding of the events of which happened. If the staffing member recognised his wrong doings he would be demoted yet given the chance to earn his position back. From there we would discuss with him what caused the situation to occur and a way to future prevent it. If the staffing member continued to deny the accusations and made the situations far harder than it currently was, I would be forced to ban the user. I would make this decision as harassment and abuse is not expectable from any member to preform such actions without a following up punishment.

How would you handle users advertising sites and other servers: Unfortunately, this has become a more and more common situation due to premature servers not understand the correct advertisement methods. I would originally temporarily mute the user in order to stop the advertisements. Once the mute has expired, if the player continued to advertise I would mute the player and refer him to the correct appealing method. I would also note the user's name for future references if the user causes more trouble.

Why do you think you would be a good asset as a Co-founder: You simply can't go alone. In this ever going and changing would going alone is not an option. You need someone to be there with you and I believe I will be one of those people. I can your the maturity and ways of which I have developed along with my personality and previous experience. I believe these are the essential make ups of a successful Co-Founder, who of which wishes to work with you.

First, if the server was set up, I would follow the guidelines I would have made or make myself, so that there is a set procedure for every problem. Since that would be a chat minority, I would permanently mute the user for it.

As I said before, follow a procedure. I would record the situation, upload it to a staff system on the website, and ensure a 30 day ban.

If I was in a powerful position, I would have immediately terminated the user. They would be stripped of their staff position immediately. This is unacceptable, and considering they should have read a communication policy and/or documents, this would be untolerable. If not, I would report the staff to their superier immediately.

I am unique, I can think of ideas and offer more than other canidates. I can make solutions to problems, and fix solutions that don't work with ease. I do not crack under stress, and I am fluent in using many server applications including XenForo, Enjin, Skype, and hosting company panels.

Server(s) I have worked on previously: I previously worked as part of the MajorityPVP as an administrator/co-owner. I spent countless hours on the server.
I have also worked partially as staff on FearPVP. Both were small time factions servers.
Am I currently working on any of those servers: No, MajorityPVP has closed down and FearPVP has driven me to leave.

[If no] Why was I discharged from the server: MajorityPVP closed down due to a lack of funding (we were running off of donations at this point due to the fact we only had a small start-up budget as I was 13-14 at the time and my partners were 14-16 respectively. I was discharged from FearPVP the first time for inactivity by an administrator who was inactive himself. I then left the staff team the following reset due to a personal problem with the way things were being ran. I was then discharged for the third and final time recently for telling a quite honestly useless staff member that I would resign from my position if the chances of him killing himself were doubled.

How long did I spend on each of these servers: MajorityPVP: Unknown length of time - we ran for a few months roughly and I was there from start to finish.
FearPVP: November 2014 - Dec 2015.

What was my job on the previous servers: I was only a staff member to a degree. I worked partially on the forums for MajorityPVP as well as some basic graphic design at the time.

If their abuse was incredibly severe, I would then ban said staff member.

How would you handle users advertising sites and other servers: I would ban the player instantly, clear the chat and go to the server advertised. I would speak to a staff member if one was online and confront them about their players behaviour and if possible get said player banned from that server aswell. If the person advertising was a staff member I would then IP-Ban them from the server.

I feel as though I would be someone the server community as well as the staff team would be able to get along with. Well i'm a old owner that have been running a server for around 3 years (moltenminecraft.com) i also ran (realmnetwork.com) for a few months we only ran a modpack (hexxit) we had around 30-45 players a day, other then that i know a lot of HTML/css and linux i also know some coding (java) and many more things.
