Looking for a truly awesome site better than mine is currently, at xenforo.
Needs Community bridge integration with minecraft, Wiki, Donating (Maybe a custom system like buycraft but no needing to pay monthly for it..), voting, dynmap, etc and to overall look Professional as hell.
Art, etc. budget 70$ AND UP. I only say 70$ because thats the minmum floor.

no matter what you will have to pay monthly or yearly. because even if you had a custom system what about the vps?
