I am seeking a Developer who would be interested in taking on a rather large (massive) plugin project. Plugin includes a complete overhaul of the player's interactions with the world and it's combat systems.
This includes player leveling, spells, races with passives, unique health, attributes, and two forms of spell/ability cost (mana and energy).
To complement this design, mobs will also level based on a set spawn center(s) of the world, increasing in level the farther they get from the location.
Plugin is requested/designed to be nearly 100% customizable via configuration for easy balancing and new/later designs of it's internal coded systems.
More information will be discussed with those interested in taking on the Entire set for my server. There will be a total of 9-10+ plugins for my server when the set is completed. Starting with the core mentioned above.

Requests:
- I ask that you have at least 1-2 years Java/Bukkit experience.
- I ask that you be familiar with hooks: World Guard, Vault, GriefPrevention, etc;
- I ask that you are capable of writing efficient, clean code.
- I ask that you be friendly and available to answer all questions pertaining to what is or isn't possible with Java/Bukkit API. (Questions may be pertaining to later projects not directly into the current project being worked on; fleshing out all details is still in progress on our end on many of our additional plugin requests)
- I ask that you don't decide somewhere along the line of development that you decide to back out of working on the set we have planned. (It is best to stick with the same developer for all plugins that directly reference one another without an API, isn't it?)
- It would be nice if support for updating through server versions would persist, whether or not an additional charge. (Ultimately, it would be nice if we could call on you at any time for any future requests we may have. (Dev on Call?) We like developing a relationship with people, returning to use services we've had the pleasure of hiring before.

- Familiarity with RPG style games, is a plus. (DnD, WoW, etc
