Seeking Server Partner

Think of starting and running a small Minecraft community again.. in search of a reliable partner to collaborate with. This is a collaborative effort so mutual benefit/fulfillment will be sought. Bear in mind all profit (if any) will go back into the server or for services, this is unpaid work.

The idea is to start off with a simple survival server and develop a healthy community. I'm not here to run a business, I want to actually spend time with these individuals and hopefully build long term relations, show them we care. Our job is to supply them with consistent content, updates, patches, and expand once/if necessary.


What I need from you; be at least 18. Proper English (and grammar). Experience and ability can be embellished over time but I need you to have a strong personality (committed and steadfast character, willingness to learn and concede ego, competence to adapt to any situation, and most importantly ingenuity for a fresh and positive mindset).
