I am still looking for someone who can perform the role of active web administrator for a project I have wanted to start!
You will be paid 100$ for the completion, or we may negotiate this price. Personally I'd rather negotiate since this is the sort of job that needs continuous work.
One - Payment processor (does not have to be custom, there are numerous server hostings that use identical ones, i have a feeling a company may do this)
Two - Helpdesk/Ticket/ System (Likely a helpdesk plugin, or works in tandem with the payment processor aforementioned, i'm not too sure.
Three - Forums (Could be plain, i have xenforo licene and templates and that can be used alongside this)

Five- Integrations and plenty of code work.. its likely the server list section would be completed after the Server hosting section is complete.
ETA: As soon as possible. It would be beneficial if you could dedicate a small quarter of each day to this task. I do not wish to wait weeks between every module of it all. I have a 15 gb ram SoyouStart server and the domain name ServerWolves readied.
