Seeking Spigot/Paper knowledge (Dev) for Network ($$)

Hello!

My name is realalecmartin, and I run CookieDO- a 1.16 Java Network with two main servers, CookieDO blue / CookieDO pink (both towny survival servers).

We run about 50 players (that's our cap) on each server, and have over 2,000 members in our discord.

We have a HUGE TPS issue though, and I alone have tried to fix it and to no avail have figured out the issue. It is not RAM, and isn't a simple solution of "install clearlag or mobstacker!"

I am looking for someone to go over my timings report with me, go into the files, analyze data, and figure out how to fix this avg. 8TPS.
