Seemingly Simple Factions Extension

So I'm here looking for a Factions Top plugin. If you don't know what that is, essentially what it does is gets the blocks in a players faction territory and converts it into a value (needs to be configurable through text files) and displays it when a member of the server does ./f top. I'd like it to be displayed in the chat, and the command sender should be able to mouse over a faction and see the amount of money the faction is worth, and how much each category is worth (spawners, blocks, hoppers) The factions values should update every 6 hours.

I've already checked this out, from what I've seen people are saying it doesn't work very well and I don't want to pay for something that may not be 100% working
