Hi there, most of you know I own SelectSolutions with Gavin , SelectSolutions is home to some of the most skilled designers on the market. And sadly we had to let our marketing adviser go, due to him not having enough time to put into the project.
We are looking for a reputable member who has experience with running services and groups / managing clients (Ex. Clients, Graphics, Website Field of work.)
Here is a list of the work you will be responsible for
1. You will create a system such as terms of service when purchasing from us. Preferable 100% payments due to the difficulty. I want time dates of payments, I want updates constantly and I want complete organization from top to bottom without people acting in a way that seems out of line, or a negative to the company.
2. You will hold regular staff meetings (weekly) with all the included staff members disguising updates and looking at the work and suggestions they think could be renewed or put in place.
3. You will be a so called "leader" of the sales rep team, training them to deal with clients and using the attachment(s) paypals to send invoices to clients and pay in bulk to designers.
4. You will create a (https://trello.com/) to help manage and keep notes of info. (Manage)
There could me more general things to this list. and you all may be wondering why would someone apply / take this job for a per commission pay,
You will get an upfront payment of 25$ USD, this is your chance to show true dedication and commitment to the project as well as vast improvements.
