Selfish little kid advertising a discord server

This kid (soefje#2030) was advertising a discord server in Open Advertisements (https://discord.gg/JzhQFtY3) and he pinged multiple people (including me) which most of us would be busy since we have a life, Please do NOT join the server so it fails due to them being selfish. Hey there,

I'm not sure I fully understand what the "kid" did wrong? They advertised their server in a discord that allows advertising but decided to ping you and other people which has in turn upset you?

Normally if you don't want to promote people, you don't post screenshots or mention their names. You've just given them some advertising even if it be in a "bad" light although i'm still not 100% convinced what they did was all that bad? Maybe you could explain it a little better.
