Sell Boosters Plugin Needed

I need a plugin that gives players an item when bought on buycraft that can give them a temporary boost using essentials economy so if someone buys a x3 multiplier for 30seconds and they sell example a diamond for $1 normally if they use the multiplier for the next 30 seconds they get $3 for a diamond.
