/sell hand - Per rank multiplier

As per above.

Needing something to allowing each rank to increase the players sell price

Eg. Member sells @ 100% ranking up to Veteran sell @ 120%

We use Vault, Essentials and LuckPerms.

Budget is open for discussion.
