Sell Items for a Command run

The basic premise is if you have say 1 diamond block in your inventory you can run a command 1 time and the block is taken from your inventory. My use would be someone buying grief prevention claims, so the plugin would have a player click on a sign and they would gain x claim blocks for x diamond blocks.
