You have a business and it's failing bad - you know you need to get out, but want to cut your losses as best as possible. Sell your business to me, so that you can at least make something where you otherwise wouldn't.

I'm not going to give you the success that your business was intended to create, heck I'm going to low ball every single offer - but at least it's something.

Why invest in failing businesses?

Because a diamond in the rough sometimes has more potential than one already carved.

I get that, but key word is FAILING. Which means the sales are decreasing which is normally due to a bad rep or faulty product. If you were looking for businesses that had a decent startup but havn't released for some reason or the other I would get it. But if you are going one that is about to burn then it could be hard to stop as by the time you get it you will have to go through a ton of work of getting it going again. I wish you the best of luck in doing this just putting in my two cents (If you see this as trashing I do apologize as thats not where I am coming from.)
