How much would a custom made Heads plugin be worth?
Features
'Has a chance to drop a Head when killed'
'Head gives 10% of the players balance (able to change over time)
'If the players balance is under 10k then the head is worthless.'

There are literally hundreds of these for free or for sale at a very cheap price on spigot. You will end up paying a developer 100$ probably to make this for you. No hate on developers though, they gotta make their coin and I respect it. But for something like this, you really do not need it custom made.

There aren't plugins out there that makes the head price change depending on there players balance.
Meaning if a head is worth 3k u wouldn't sell it and wait till it is worth more.
