Hello, i'm trying to sell a ShopGui+ configuration file and a couple people can not buy it from sellfy with this error "We can't process your payment right now, so please try again later. We're sorry for the inconvenience." I looked on there Support and couldn't find anything about it. If you have any idea what the problem could be please post down below.​

It is Paypals Fault

Heres how to solve it

Cause:
The value of the transaction has pushed your client’s credit card over the “Guest Checkout” transaction limit -OR- your client’s credit card/email address is associated with an existing PayPal account.

Solution:
Your client must sign into a PayPal account to pay the invoice - they can still use a credit card once they are logged in.
