Is this a unique survival server or just a normal one?

EDIT: After getting into contact with this server owner, nectar survival's bulk is graphics and spawn/builds. The setup isn't even 60% done. He also mentioned another server which he was planning on selling. Talked to me for a whole day about it only to tell me that he's not planning on selling it. Wouldn't devouch but rather indecisive.

Yeah i contacted him a month ago saying the setup is not yet complete and then stopped responding :p
