I built a 128x128 spawn for my server, which hasn't got any attraction. It is symmettrical and it's based arount a point and not a block so it is ideal for factions.

It's not fully finished, as there a spaces left for you to place there whatever you want for example I placed crates there!
By purchasing the spawn you only gain access to it. I might resell or reuse this spawn elsewhere, but what do you expect for $3?!
