Do not deal with the user ! He is a big scumbag ! He is trying to fake that I scammed him !

He literally has .2 of my LTC and he is trying to open an report on me because I am apparently scamming when HE has my LTC and won't pay. He says that I am scamming because I didn't send the whole .4 of LTC we agreed on so he won't even send back my LTC OR my payment. I have proof and I have a open scam report.
