Also, what the average/peak player count when the server closed?

It ranged between 30-40 players but please note this was an Australian server.

No, he couldn't transfer it to me... So i told him to keep the domain + the money... Now he is trying to re sell it which i don't think it's a right thing to do.

If you told him to keep the domain and the money then he has the right to resell it, as it's his :L

Yes, you paid a big whooping $3 for the domain. You "bought" the domain then basically backed out of the offer by telling me to keep your big bucks of $3 and the domain because you had absolutely no patience as all the issues were on your side not mine.

If you had officially bought the domain I would of edited the thread said said it was bought by you but since you backed out or in other words, told me to keep the $3 and domain I have all the rights to sell the domain as it's still mine and under my possession.

I'll just end here with a clear reason why I'm allowed to "resell" this domain. You told me to keep your $3 + the domain, I still own rights to the domain and that's your problem if you couldn't find the patience to stay up and keep the deal completed. The domain wouldn't transfer because there was issues on your side, not mine. I could transfer the domain (from my side) just there was issues on your side (account settings & other shit) so please don't come complaining or bitching about me "trying to resell" the domain because I still own 100% rights to it.[DOUBLEPOST=1419654358,1419654301][/DOUBLEPOST]
