HypixelStudio.com is a domain squat and can incur legal troubles/fines if Hypixel Studios finds out. Plus, they can easily just say "give it to us" and you are required.
As it can easily be argued as trademark infringement.
It has trademark rights in both US, UK, and EU.

Because the domain doesn't have a public website, nor is it trying to impersonate Hypixel Studios, it would not qualify under a trademark infringement. Now of course, if you were to market the site as an alternative to Hypixel Studios' official site (such as with pictures, logos, etc), it would then qualify for a trademark infringement. Additionally, the domain holder has previously contacted Hypixel Studios directly with an offer to sell or give the domain, and they declined any offers with an email stating "Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us about Hytale. Unfortunately, due to the number of requests we receive, we're unable to give a personalized reply. Any information we are currently able to share can be found on our website or social media." two weeks from the send date. Hopefully this clears up any confusion!
