Selling a Graphic Design Company.

Hello everyone, for the last months I have been working on a Graphic Design Company, but now, as I have almost everything ready to be launched, I don't have the motivation to continue anymore.

I would like to sell it as a 'setup', with like domains, logo, discord server, all social media accounts etc.

Is it allowed to sell a 'company setup' on this market, and if so, in what category could I sell it?

What good is selling the "company" (if you can even call it a company..) when you're the designer and haven't mentioned any employees? If you're not there then it's just basically the framework for someone else to use but you haven't even launched and don't have any reputation so really you're just selling marketing materials then? As in the kind you can get fully customized from Fiverr for $20.

I have seven designers, and it is indeed just the framework (logo, discord server, website, trailer).
