That;s the barest minimum, and just proves you have something to send, not that you own it.
It'll probably be fine unless someone finds that it's not yours, but it may prove more difficult to sell regardless.

theres not really much you can do either way, except take in-progress pics of future builds.
The reason there's even suspicion in the first place is because a bunch of shits decided to try to sell downloaded builds on here.
