Would you accept $1800 for this?

At no point in time would any of this be $11k, you got scammed if you paid that. This CPU alone was never worth more than $1,400 alone. 5.3GHz is not overclocked, it's the turbo boost built into the CPU. $1,800 is generous given memory prices.
