I'm not selling because the products are broken, rather I am spending my time elsewhere, so I figured I would put the products in the hands of people who would maintain it. Essential Tags is my best selling one, and EasyTranslate could bring in a lot of profit with maintenance. I have quite a few well-performing builds as well.

No worries, currently I'm not sure but if I were to go with the Lobby map then I'd quote like 20$ for it. And probably the same for the luckperms config.

I could agree with the lobby pricing, but I think the LuckPerms config would probably be higher, as the revenue generated from the product is more than that

The past revenue has no play when it comes to this, what someone would want to focus on is the worth and possibilities of it making more. Of course it could go higher for 30-40 but a higher price just makes it meaningless, as it can easily be created from scratch and posted themseleves.
